| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温针灸对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例），治疗纽采用温针灸和肌注弥可保治疗，对照纽采用普通针刺和弥可保肌注冶疗。两组均口服降糖药、B族维生素及对症治疗。结果：治疗组治疗后神经症状，MNSI量表评分有显著变化。结论：温针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。

Clinical effect on treating 60 cases of DPN by warm needling method |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathic by warm needling method and discuss its mechanism of action. Method： 60 DPN patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the warm needling method group （30 patients） and control group （30 patients）. Based on the basic treatment, the warm needling method group was given both warm needling method and intramuscular injection of methycobal （mecobalamin）, ang the control group was given acupuncture as well as intramuscular injection of methycobal （mecobalamin）. Result： There was remarkable changes in the neurosis symptom and MNSI score. Conclusion： The warm needling method can produce a reliable and significant curative effect on diabetes complicated by around neuropathological changes. |
