中西医结合法治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合法治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院自2006年3月-2010年8月收治的128例肠易激综合征患者的临床资料。结果：本组128例患者治疗2个疗程显效73例，有效47例，无效8例，总有效率为93．8％；治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合法治疗肠易激综合征效果理想，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect observation on treating irritable bowel syndrome in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating irritable bowel syndrome in the integrative medicine. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 128 patients clinical data treated with irritable bowel sypdrome in our hospital from March 2006 to August 2010. Results： 128 patients were treated 2 courses, 73 cases were markedly effective, 47 cases were effective, 8 cases were invalid, the total effecttive rate was 93.8%; The course of treatment without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Treating irritable bowelsyndrome in theintegrative medicine has satisfied results, worthy of clinical use.
