中药联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

目的：探讨中药联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将本人2009年1月-2010年3月在本人进行治疗的腰间盘突出症的患者94例随机分为2组，对照组患者采用单纯的牵引治疗，治疗组在对照纽基础上，加用本人自拟中药配合治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组经过治疗后，总有效率为89．36％，明显高于对照组的总有效率68．08％，经统计学分析，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：使用中药联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症能取得很好的疗效，值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical effective observation on treating of lumbar disc herniation by TCM plus traction

Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment of TCM plus traction to treat lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 94 cases of lumbar disc herniation from January 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into 2groups, in which, patients of control group treated with traction therapy alone, based on that, the treatment group plus self-made TCM. Observed the effect of the two groups after treatment, and analyzed statistically. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.36%, which was obviously higher than the total effective rate of control group （68.08%）. Analysis by statistical, P〈0.05, their difference had statistically meaning. Conclusion： It could make good effect that TCM plus traction to treat lumbar disc herniation, which was worh widely using in clinical.
