中西医结合治疗小儿复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

复发性口腔溃疡，中医认为脾胃积热，心火上炎，肝肾不足虚火上浮所致，西医认为原因不明，可能与免疫、遗传，多系统疾病、感染、环境因素有关。治宜：清热解毒，清心泻火、通腑导滞，加用中西药外洗外敷治疗30例，治愈18例，显效6例，有效4例，有效率达80％以上。

Clinical observation on treating infantile with recurrent oral ulcers in the integrative medicine

Recurrent oral ulcer is caused by retention of heat in the spleen and stomach, uprising of cardiac fire, deficiency of liver and kidney and lingering heat in TCM; It is caused by unknown aetiology, may be relevent to immunization, the genetic system disease, infections and environmental factors in Western medicine. It could be treated by clearing away heat and toxic material, dredging the vital organs and relieving dyspepsia, and Chinese and western medicine for external application. In 30 treatment cases, 18 cases are cured, 6 cases are significant, and 4 cases are effective. The effective rate is above 80%.
