| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析难溶性药物给药策略，分析如何提高固体制剂中药物的溶解度。方法：归纳总结了纳米混悬剂、微乳技术、分子包合技术、脂质体技术以及固体分散物技术这几种难溶性药物给药方法。结果：这几种方法具备不同的优缺点。结论：给药时应该根据不同的给药目的具体分析采取哪种方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the undisclosed sex drug dosing strategy, analyzes how to improve the solubility of drug in solid preparation. Methods： Summarizes the nanometer suspension, micro emulsion technology, molecular binding technology, liposome technology and solid dispersion content technology that several hard dissolved drug dosing method. Results： The several methods have different advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion： Drug should according to different purpose to adopt what kind of method is a concrete analysis. |
