42例强直性脊椎炎的雷公藤复方治疗观察

目的：探讨雷公藤复方治疗强制性脊椎炎的临床效果。方法：对我院2008～2009年采用雷公藤复方治疗强直性脊椎炎的42例患者进行总结分析，作为实验组。另外选取我院采用其他方法进行强直性脊椎炎治疗的45例患者作为对照组。对两组患者的治疗效果进行总结分析。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、脊椎强直部位等方面均无显著差异（P〉0．05），具有可比性。对两数据采用SPSS18．0软件进行计数卡方检验。结果：实验组治疗显效的比率为57．1‰对照组显效的比率为33．3％；实验组治疗无效比率为4．8％，对照组为28．9％，实验组治疗显效率高于对照组，无效率低于对照组。SPSS18．0软件计数卡方检验结果为X^2=8．86，P〈0．01，两组对比差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论：采用雷公藤复方对强直性脊椎炎患者进行治疗有较好的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Effective observation on treating 42 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with triptolide compound

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating ankylosing spondylitis with Leigong Teng. Methods： Analysis of 42 patients using triptolide compound to treat ankylosing spondylitis during 2008 and 2009, for the test group. Additionally, taking other therapy treating ankylosing spondylitis in control group. To compare the effect of two groups patients. Two groups of patients on sex, age, duration, vertebrae tonic-closure location, etc didn＇t haven significant difference （P〉0.05）, comparable. Analyse the data of the two groups with SPSS18.0 software to count by chi-square test. Results： Markedly effective rate for experimental treatment of 57.1%, for the rate of 33.3%; Experimental treatment invalid rate of 4.8% and the control group for 28.9%, experimental treatment significant efficiency was higher than those in the control group, inefficiently was lower than the control group. SPSS18.0 soft-ware counting chi-square test results for x2=8.86, P〈0.01, compared the two groups, the difference was significant. Conclusion： Treating ankylosing spondylitis with Leigong Teng has a good effect.
