老年抑郁症致病的多因素分析

目的：为了及时正确掌握老年抑郁症致病的危险因素，从而降低老年抑郁症的发病率。方法：根据临床资料，诊断标准，对2002～2010年解放军253医院124名抑郁症住院患者进行多因素分析。结果：社会心理因素及大脑组织发生退行性改变是发生老年抑郁症的危险因素。结论：老年人定期进行头颅CT检查及中枢神经递质和神经内分泌的检查是早期发现，早期治疗老年抑郁症的有效措施。

Analysis of the factors which lead to geriatric depression

Objective： To understand the risk factors that lead to geriatric depression properly, reduce the incidence of geriatric depression. Method： Taking multivariate analysis to 124 cases of patients with depression treating in PLA 253 hospital during 2002-2010. Result： Social psychological factors and degenerative changes of brain tissue were the risk factors that lead to geriatric depression. Conclusion： It is the effective measures of early detecting, early treating geriatric depression that old people checking head CT, and central neu -rotransmitter and neuroendocrine periodically.
