梅毒抗体血清学检测方法的比较及应用评价

目的：应用三种不同的血清学检测方法测定血清标本梅毒抗体并评价检测结果。方法：收集住院患者3306份，分别采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、酶联免疫吸附试验（TP-ELISA）、梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）三种方法对手术和输血前筛查的血清标本进行梅毒抗体检测。结果：3306份血清标本中，用TRUST法检测42例阳性，检出率1．27％，用ELISA法检测阳性56例，检出率1．69％，TPPA法检测阳性54例，检出率1．63％。结论：三种检测方法有各自的适用性，均存在一定假阴性和假阳性，为了结果可靠性，应对手术和输血前筛查病人血清采用TP-ELISA与TRUST组合检测，对于TP-ELISA阳性的标本，要用TPPA法做确诊试验。

Comparison and clinical evaluation of detection of serological syphilis antibody

Objective： To determine syphilis antibodies in serum samples and evalution of test results by three different serological methods. Methods： 3306 serum samples from inpatients were detected by the toluidine red unheated serum test （TRUST）, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and the Treponema pallidum particle agglutination test （TPPA） for syphilis antibodies. Results： In 3306 serum samples, the positive rate detected by TRUST was 1.27%, the positive rate detected by ELISA Was 1.69%, and the positive rate detected by TPPA was 1.63%. Conclusion： Three serological tests all have certain false positive and false negative. For the credibility of the results, ELISA should be combined with TRUST. Positive samples which were detected by ELISA should be comfirmed by TPPA.
