| 摘 要： | 目的：观察柴枳半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良患者临床疗效的影响。方法：选择90例功能性消化不良患者，治疗组45例口服柴枳半夏泻心汤治疗，对照组45例服用奥美拉唑治疗，治疗后进行疗效评定与不良反应观察。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，临床总有效率前者明显高于后者，不良反应率少于对照组。结论：柴枳半夏泻心汤能通过多因素，多层次，整体调节功能性消化不良，不过其作用机理有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the influence on clinical effect of treating functional indigestion patients with Chaizhi Banxia Xie -xin decoction. Methods： Choosing 90 cases of the patients, 45 cases in treatment group taking Chaizhi Banxia Xiexin decoction orally and 45 cases in control group taking omeprazole. To evaluate and observe the side effects after the treatment. Results： Compared the two groups, the treatment group is higher than that of the control group in total effective rate and the side effects were less. Conclusion： Chaizhi Banxia Xiexin decoction could adjust functional indigestion though many ways, but its action mechanism needed to be deeply researched. |
