中药内服、薰洗配合功能锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎56例

目的：探讨中药内服、熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：对56例膝骨性关节炎患者进行中药内服、熏洗治疗，并且配合适当的功能锻炼。3个月之后观察临床效果。结果：56例患者中，治愈37例，好转14例，未愈5例，总有效率91．07％。结论：中药内服、熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎有很好的临床效果，值得推广应用。

Treating 56 cases of osteoarthritis in knees with oral TCM and fumigation coordinated function exercises

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating osteoarthritis in knees with oral TCM and fumigation, meanwhile, adding function exercises. Methods： Treating 56 cases of the patients with oral TCM and fumigation, at the same time do some appropriate exercises, then observing the effect after 3 weeks. Result： Among the 56 patients, the cured cases were 37, the better cases were 14 and the non-cured were 5. The total effective rate was 91.07%. Conclusion： Treating with oral TCM and fumigation meanwhile with function exercises make a great clinical effect, which is worthy to promote and application.
