雷公藤多苷在紫癜性肾炎治疗方面的疗效观察

目的：观察雷公藤多苷治疗紫癜性肾炎的疗效和安全性。方法：将48例过敏性紫癜性。肾炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组：雷公藤多苷，口服，1mg·kg^-1·d^-1分三次1：3服；治疗3个月。对照组：双嘧达莫，口服，5mg·kg^-1·d^-1，分三次口服，疗程3个月。所有患者于用药3月后根据皮肤紫癜变化情况、24h尿蛋白定量、尿常规RBC计数等对疗效评价。结果：治疗组患者显效7例，有效13例，无效4例。对照组患者显效6例，有效11例，无效7例。差异有统计学意义。结论：雷公藤多苷治疗过敏性紫癜性’肾炎有明显疗效。

Effective observation on treaing purpura nephritis with TwP

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of treating purpura nephritis in TwP. Methods： 48 cases of henoch- schonlein purpura nephritis divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group： TwP, oral, 1 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 orally three times for 3 months. All patients were evaluated the efficacy after 3 months, which based on the change of skin purpura, 24h urinary protein, urine RBC count and so on. Results： In the treatment, markedly effective 7, effective 13 and ineffective 4. In the control group, markedly effective 6, effective 11 and ineffective 7. Their difference had statistically meaning. Conclusion： There was significantly efficacy in treating henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in TwE
