中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘疗效分析

目的:观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将所选110例患者随机分为两组,对照组50例给予西医常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟平喘汤。结果:治疗组临床控制24例,显效26例,有效7例,总有效率95%;对照组临床控制13例,显效15例,有效11例,总有效率78%,两组临床疗效有显著差异,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合可有效治疗支气管哮喘,且临床疗效显著。
