克氏针固定治疗锁骨骨折

目的：采用克氏针治疗锁骨骨折。方法：采用臂丛麻醉，以骨折部位的中心沿锁骨上缘作一3～6cm长的切口，沿皮肤切口一直切到骨膜，进行少量剥离骨膜，选用2mm或2．5mm克氏针对锁骨骨折进行髓内固定。将针尾埋入皮下软组织中，部分锁骨粉碎型和斜型骨折配合钢丝或丝线进行捆绑。结果：利用克氏针固定治疗锁骨骨折，效果显著。
