氯米芬配伍自拟二仙中子汤周期性治疗排卵障碍性不孕症126例分析

目的：观察氯米芬配伍二仙中子汤加减治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：将210例患者随机分为二组，研究组（A组）126例，对照组（B组）84例；A组氯米芬配伍自拟助孕方周期性治疗，B组用氯米芬；阴道超声监测卵泡及子宫内膜厚度，观察排卵率及妊娠率。结果：研究组排卵期子宫内膜厚度（mm）9．65±3．24，排卵率80．16％，妊娠率65．08％；对照组子宫内膜厚度（mm）7．14±3．01，排卵率76．19％，妊娠率33．33％；两组比较，子宫内膜厚度：两组有显著性差异P〈0．05，妊娠率：两纽差异有显著性P〈0．01。结论：克罗米芬配伍自拟二仙种子汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症，诱导排卵效果好，明显提高妊娠率。

Analysis on periodically treating 126 cases of ovulatory infertility with clomiphene plus Erxian Zhongzi decoction

Result： In study group, endometrial thickness were （mm） 9.65__＋ 3.24, the rate of ovulation was 80.16%, the rate of pregnancy was 65.08% in the time of ovulation; In control group, endometrial thickness were （mm） 7.14___3.01, the rate of ovulation was 76.19%, the rate of pregnancy was 33.33%; Compare the two groups, the thickness of endometrial： Significant difference between the two groups P〈0.05. Conclusion： Clomiphene plus Erxian Zhongzi decoction treating ovulatory infertility have a good effect of ovulation induction, improved the rate of pregnancy markly.
