白药膏外敷治疗颈部放射性皮肤损伤的临床研究

目的：探讨白药膏外敷治疗颈部放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法：将60例颈部放射治疗患者随机分为A、B、C3、组，每组30例。A组患者不敷任何药物，作为空白对照组，不作任何处理；B组为呋喃西林对照组，使用呋喃西林纱布湿敷：c组为白药膏治疗组，根据皮肤损伤大小外敷白药膏，每日1次，十日为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗2个疗程后，白药膏治疗组患者皮肤疼痛减轻，渗出液减少或无渗出液，创面基本恢复正常，无1例发生感染。A组总有效率为46．7％，B组总有效率为73．3％，C组总有效率为93．3％，白药膏治疗组与呋喃西林对照组和空白对照组比较，其临床疗效明显更优，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：白药膏外敷具有促进放射性皮肤损伤愈合的作用，具有良好的消肿、止痛、防脱皮的效果，可显著改善放射性皮肤的损伤。

Clinical study on treating necked dermal radio lesions with special white cream topical

Objective： To explore the effect on treating necked dermal radio lesions with special white cream topical. Methods： 90 necked dermal radio lesions patients were divided into 3 groups randomly A, B and C groups. A group was the blank control without any tr -eatment. B group was treated with furacilin through moist packing. C group was treated with special white cream of topical treatment. Results： After the treatment of special white cream, the wounds were less pain and healed. The total effective rate of A, B and C group is 46.7%, 73.3% and 93.3%. The clinical effect of C group was significantly better than A and B groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Topical treatmeat of special white cream therapy could alleviate pain and enhance wound healing in managing dermal radio lesions.
