中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征42例

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：42例患者随机分为两组，对照组采用一般治疗及激素治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合中医辨证治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、激素副反应等。结果：总有效率治疗组为94．12％，对照组为69．34％，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白改善对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后激素的副反应表现（柯兴样体征、骨质疏松、继发感染、血糖升高）发生率，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医治疗原发性肾病综合症临床疗效满意。

Treating 42 cases of nephrotic syndrome in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore the clinical effect on treating nephrotic syndrome in the integrative medicine. Methods： 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group using general treatment and hormone therapy, on the basis of control group the treatment group added TCM differential treatment. Observing the clinical curative effect, 24h urinary protein, serum albumin, hormone side effects before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12% and 69.34% of control group, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; comparing the two groups improvement of 24h urinary protein, serum albumin after treatment had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Two groups of hormone treatment side after performance （adrenogenital sample signs, osteoporosis, secondary infection and blood sugar） incidence was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating nephrotic syndrome in the integrative medicine made a better clinical effect.
