黄芪临床配伍应用探析

目的：探讨黄芪在临床应用的配伍效果。方法：黄芪配伍人参、山萸肉、丹参、防风、白术和附子，选取气血双亏、肝肾亏虚、冠心病、顽固性感冒、脾’净亏虚患者100例、80例、78例、56例、86例，每类患者随机分为两组，对照组（黄芪治疗组）和实验组（黄芪配伍组），分别治疗3个月结束后观察病人恢复情况。结果：黄芪单独治疗上述五种疾病时总有效率分别为84％、85％、87．2％、78．6％、88．4％，黄芪配伍上述五种药治疗总有效率分别为94％、92．5％、94．9％、92．9％、93％。结论：黄芪在临床应用时配伍使用时的治疗效果优于单独使用。

Explore the clinical application of astragalus

Objective： To explore the compatibility effect of astragalus in clinical application. Methods： Astragalus compatible with ginseng, fructus comi, the root of red-rooted salvia, radix sileris, atractylodes and monkshood, to selecte 100 cases, 80 cases, 78 cases, 56 cases, 86 cases of patients with Qixue Shuangkui, kidney and liver insufficiency, coronary heart disease, stubborn cold, spleen and kidney deficiency, then divided them randomly into two groups： control group （astragalus treatment group） and the experiment group （the astragalus compatibility group）. To observe the patient＇s recovery after treatment of 3 months. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment of astragalus to the above five kinds of separate diseases were 84%, 85%, 87.2%, 78.6%, 88.4%. The total effective rates of the treatment of astragalus compatibility to the above five kinds of separate diseases were 94%, 92.5%, 94.9%, 92.9%, 93%. Conclusion： The effect of the clinical application of astragalus compatibility was better than that when used alone.
