| 摘 要： | 目的：观察左金丸合香砂平胃散治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法：120例用左金丸合香砂平胃散治疗40天。结果：治愈68例，显效22例，有效20例，无效10例，总有效率91．7％。结论：用左金丸合香砂平胃散治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of treating bile reflux gastritis with Zuojin Pill plus Xiangsha Pingwei San. Methods： 120 cases taking Zuojin Pill plus Xiangsha Pingwei San treatment 40d. Result： Cured were 68 cases; markedly were 22 cases, efficiency were 20 cases, invalid were 10 cases, the total effective rate for 91.7%. Conclusion： Treating bile refux gastritis with Zuojin Pill plus Xiangsha PIngwei San has a good effect. |
