中西医结合法治疗慢性充血性心功能不全的疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合在慢性充血性心功能不全上的治疗疗效。方法:将我院2009年7月～2011年1月收治的156例慢性充血性心功能不全患者随机分为观察组80例、对照组76例。156例患者均给予西医常规对症治疗。观察组在此基础上服用我院自拟强心汤,治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组CI、EF值较对照组相比均有显著性差异(t=6.37,P<0.01;t=5.54,P<0.01)。观察组80例中治疗显效者24例,有效者42例,无效者14例,治疗总有效率为82.5%;对照组76例中治疗显效者21例,有效者28例,无效者27例,治疗总有效率为64.5%。观察组总有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(x2=6.54,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心功能不全能有效改善患者心脏指数、心脏射血分数,临床疗效良好,是一种有效治疗方法。

Effective observation on treating the chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the treatment effect on treating the chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine. Methods： To choose 156 cases of the patients between July 2009 and January 2011, randomly divided them into 80 cases of observation group and 76 cases of control group. Treating all of them with the different symptoms in commen western medicine. On the basement of it, the observation group was taken Qiangxin decoction, Comparing the clinical effects 4 weeks later. Results： There were obvious differences （t=6.37, P〈0.01） between the two groups with the data of CI and EF. In the 80 cases of the observation group, the markedly cases is 24, the effective cases is 42 and the invalid cases is 14, the total effective rate is 82.5%; while in the control group, the markedly cases is 21, the effective cases is 28 and the invalid cases is 27, the total effective rate is 64.5%. The first data is higher than that of the second which makes statistics difference. Conlusion： The clinical effect of improving the cardiac index and heart ejection fraction is fine to the disease in the integrative medicine which is an effective method.
