环状混合痔的外切内扎手术治疗临床研究

目的：探讨外科治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法：对140例环状混合痔采用外切内扎法治疗。结果：全部患者均痊愈出院，近期治愈率为100．00％。术后无大出血、直肠黏膜外翻、肛管狭窄及感觉性大便失禁等症状发生。结论：外切内扎治疗环状混合痔治愈率高，疗效较好，肛门狭窄及感觉性大便失禁等并发症发生率低。
