头项部取穴治疗卒中后吞咽障碍临床观察

目的：观察头项部取穴针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：将130例脑卒中患者随机分为2组，对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用头项部取穴针刺治疗。结果：临床愈显率治疗组为81．5％，对照组为58．4％，两组比较差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。总有效率治疗组为89．2％，对照组为70．8％，2组比较差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：头项部取穴针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating dysphagia after stroke by department of acupoints first item

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating dysphagia after stroke with department of acupoints acupuncture first item. Methods： 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group was treated with conventional western medicine the treatment group were the first item with the Ministry on the basis of acupuncture point selection. Results： The effective rate of the treat -ment group was 81.5%, and the control group was 58.4%, the difference was satistically significant （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 89.2% in treatment group and control group 70.8%. Conclusion： Department of acupoints acupuncture first item dysphagia after stroke had a better efficacy.
