两种手法复位外固定方法治疗Colles骨折临床观察

目的:通过对手法复位两种外固定方法治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效的观察分析,探讨手法复位外固定治疗Colles骨折最佳外固定位置。方法:将101例Colles骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组52例,采用腕伸位固定,对照组49例,采用腕屈位固定。所有病例均经过3个月～5年、平均2.3年的随访,对平均骨折愈合时间、解剖学评分、腕关节功能评分进行统计学分析比较。结果:治疗组与对照组平均骨折愈合时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组骨折解剖学评分、腕关节功能评分两个指标优良率方面均高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:手法复位外固定方法治疗Colles骨折,腕伸位固定方式在解剖复位、腕关节功能恢复方面均好于腕屈位固定,临床效果满意。

Clinical observation of reduction and external fixation by two treatment methods in colles fracture

Objective： To observe and analysis of treatment of colles fracture by two methods, manual reduction of colles fractures treated with external fixation and external fixation position best. Methods： Colles fracture of the 101 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment of 52 cases, the use of wrist extension position fixed, the control group 49 cases, the use of wrist flexion fixed. All patients after 3 months to 5 years with an average 2.3 years of follow-up, the average time for fracture healing, anatomy score, wrist function score were statistically analyzed and compared. Result： Treatment group and control group, the average healing time of fracture was no significant difference （P〉0.05）; Treatment group was better than the control group in fracture anatomy and wrist function score （P〈0.05,0.01）. Conclusion： Reduction and external fixation treatment approach colles fracture fixation of wrist extension position in anatomical reduction, recovery of wrist function were better fixed in the wrist flexion, the clinical results were satisfactory.
