地塞米松配合云南白药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果分析

目的：探讨地塞米松配合云南白药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的效果。方法：选择轻中度活动期UC患者68例，随机分为观察组和对照组各34例，观察组应用地塞米松配合云南白药灌肠治疗，对照组应用柳氮磺吡啶口服治疗。观察治疗前后两组腹痛、便血消失时间和总疗效。结果：观察组腹痛、便血消失时间明显短于对照组。观察组总有效率（91．2％）明显高于对照组（73．5％），两组比较均具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：地塞米松配合云南白药灌肠治疗UC比口服柳氮磺吡啶效果好。

Effective analysis on treating ulcerous colitis with dexamethasone plus Yunnan Baiyao lavation

Objective： To explore the effect of treating ulcerous colitis （UC） with dexamethasone plus Yunnan Baiyao lavation. Methods： Chooses 68 cases of UC patient in the light moderate active stage, divided them into the observation group and control group, each for 34 cases stochastically, the observation group coordinates the Yurman white medicinal powder sausage treatment using the dexam ethasone, the control group to apply Liu Danhuang the pyridine oral administration treatment. Observation treatment first and last groups abdominal pain, having blood in stool vanishing time and total curative effect. Results： Observation group abdominal pain, having blood in stool vanishing time obvious short in control group. The total effective rate of observation group （91.2%） is higher than the control group obviously （73.5%）, two groups quite evenly has the significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating ulcerous colitis with dexamethasone plus Yunnan Baiyao lavation was better.
