中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的：通过对进行治疗的急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行分析，探讨急性胰腺炎中西结合治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2005年-2008年收治的急性胰腺炎患者72例，所选病例均符合（《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南（草案）》中急性胰腺炎的诊断标准。结果：观察组治愈30例（83．33％），有效5例（13．89％），总有效率为97．22％，与对照组相比，治愈率、总有效率的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），腹痛和恶心呕吐方面，观察组与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05），两组患者血白细胞、血和尿淀粉沉淀恢复时间比较，观察组与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：西医结合中药治疗，能够提高急性胰腺炎的治愈率，能够有效减少患者临床症状和体征的消失时间，且能加速患者血、尿淀粉沉淀的恢复时间，具有良好的临床效果。

Effective observation on treating acute pancreatitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： Through analysis the clinical data of patients with acute pancreatitis, to explore the clinical effect of acute pancreatitis in the integrative medicine. Methods： Selecting 72 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis from 2005 to 2008, which patients meet to diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis belong to Guide diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in China （draft）. Results： Observation group cured 30 cases （83.33%）, effective 5cases （13.89%）, total effective 97.22%. Compared with the control group, cure rate and total effective rate had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. In the respect of abdominal pain and nausea vomiting, there were big difference between observation group and control group （P〈0.05）. Compared WBC, blood and recovery time of starch deposition of urine, observation group and control group had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative medicine could improve the cure rate of acute pancreatitis, and effective reduce the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs of time, and can speed up the blood and urine sediment of starch recovery time, which had a good clinical effect.
