中西医结合治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目前国内医学界对非小细胞肺癌的治疗有几点共识：早期非小细胞肺癌（IA、IB、IIA、IIB）的治疗首选外科手术完全切除；可以完全切除的早期非小细胞肺癌术后不必做辅助性放疗；ⅢA期（N2）非小细胞肺癌的术前诱导化疗（新辅助化疗）对提高手术切除率及改善生存期有一定得好处；可以完全切除的IA、ⅡB、ⅡA、ⅡB或ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌的术后辅助化疗。从患者可能存在微小病灶转移的角度上看是合理的；局部晚期非小细胞肺癌应用化疗与放疗结合疗法；转移性晚期非小细胞肺癌应用化疗优于最佳支持疗法，主张用以铂为基础的良药联合，化疗期限以四个周期为宜；晚期衰弱病人合理的支持疗法是需要的，伴有贫血的患者可以应用促红细胞生成素（EPO），可减少输血和改善生活质量。在非小细胞肺癌的治疗方面存在共识的基础上也产生了治疗的亮点，在此基础上研究中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌的特色。
