针刺加艾箱灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

目的：观察针刺加艾箱灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将61例患者随机分为两组，观察组（31例）采用针刺加艾箱灸治疗，对照组（30例）行口服月月舒冲剂治疗。结果：1疗程后，观察组有效率为90．3％，对照组为80．0％，观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺加艾箱灸是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。

Effective observation on treating primary dysmenorrhea in acupuncture plus moxibustion in box

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in box on primary dysmenorrheal. Methods Sixty-one cases were randomly divided to two groups. The observation group （31 cases） was treated with acupuncture combined with mmoxibustion in box. And the control group （30 cases） was treated by oral administration of Yueyueshu pellet. Results： After treatment for 1 therapeutic courses, in the observation group,the effective rate was 90.3% vs 80.0% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in box is one of effective methods for primary dysmenorrheal.
