MMP-9与Flt-1在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达研究

目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及Flt-1的表达情况及其相互关系。方法：选择妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇100例为妊娠期高血压疾病组，正常妊娠妇女106例为对照组，胎盘娩出后取胎盘组织经过固定、切片，采用免疫组化法检测胎盘组织中的MMP-9和Flt-1的阳性表达率，进行统计学分析。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病组胎盘组织的MMP-9表达率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且随着妊娠期高血压疾病病情的加重而减低；妊娠期高血压疾病组Flt-1表达率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且随着妊娠期高血压疾病病情的加重而减低；血清胎盘MMP-9表达率与Flt-1表达率存在相关性（P〈0．05）。结论：妊高征患者胎盘组织MMP-9及Flt-1表达率降低，可能促进了该病的发生发展。

Research on the expression of MMP-9 and Flt-1 in the placenta of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the expression and their relationship of MMP-9 and Flt-1 in the placenta of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods： Choosing 100 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy as gestational hypertension group, 106 cases of normal pregnancy as control group, taking placental tissue after delivery of placenta, after fixation, slices, detection of the positive expression rates of MMP-9 and Flt-1 in placental tissue with immunohistochemical method, then analyzing that statistically. Result： The expression rate of MMP-9 of placental tissue in pregnancy hypertension is obviously lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and lowing with the aggravation of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy; The expression rate of Flt-1 of placental tissue in pregnancy hypertension is obviously lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and lowing with the aggravation of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy; The expression rates of MMP-9 and Flt-1 in the placenta of hypertensive exists correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Reducing the expression rates of MMP-9 and Flt-1 of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy may promote the development of the disease.
