中西医结合治疗“时复目痒”49例临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗“时复目痒”的疗效。方法：将78例（均为双眼发病）“时复目痒”患者随机分成两组，治疗组49例，对照组29例。治疗组肌注斯奇康注射液，并同时口服中药玉屏风散加味；对照组外滴2％色甘酸钠眼药水、0．5％醋酸可的松眼药水。结果：治疗组49例，治愈31例，好转10例，未愈8例，总有效率83．67％；对照组29例，治愈14例，好转4例，未愈11例，总有效率62．07％。两组总有效率比较差别有显著性（X2=4．615，P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组，结论：中西医结合治疗“时复目痒”，近期疗效满意。

Clinical observation on treating 49 cases of Shifu Muyang in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the effect of treating Shifu Muyang in the integrative medicine. Methods： 78 cases of the immunologic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 49 patients, and control group 29 patients. Treatment group were injected Siqikang injection, while oral medicine modified Yupingfeng decoction. Control group, the drop of 2% Cromolyn sodium eye dorps, 0.5% hydrocortisone acetate eye drop. Results： treatment group 49 cases, 31 cases were cured, 10 cases improved, 8 cases invalid, and the total efficiency of 83.67%. Control group, 29 cases, 14 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, invalid 11 cases, the total effective rate 62.07%. the total effective rate of the two groups were singnificantly different （x2=4.615, P〈0.05）, treatment group much better than the control group. Conclusion： Treating Shifu Muyang in the integrative medicine, has a good effect.
