中医治疗老年骨质疏松患者164例临床探讨

目的：探讨中医治疗老年骨质疏松的临床治疗效果。方法：选择我院2008年11月至2009年12月以来于我院就诊的骨质疏松患者164例，随机分为两组，一组采用中医治疗，另一组采用钙片加维生素D进行治疗，观察半年后两组的治疗效果。结果：两组对中老年骨质疏松呈现不同的治疗效果，中医治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。中医治疗组的显效比率为28．05％，极显著高于对照组的13．41％；中医治疗组的总有效率达到85．37％，显著高于对照组的42．68％。结论：中医药在治疗骨质疏松过程中具有特殊的疗效。

Clinical discussion on treating 164 cases of patients with senile osteoporosis in TCM

Objective： To dicuss clinical therapeutic effects of treating senile osteoporosis in TCM. Methods： 164 cases of patients with osteoporosis coming to our hospital from november 2008 to december 2009 were randomly divided into two groups, one group treated with TCM, another group using calcium and vitamin treatment, both groups observed effect after six months. Result： The two groups showed the different effects of osteoporosis, TCM treatment group better than the control group. TCM treatment group, markedly effective rate was 28.05%, significantly higher than the 13.41% of control treatment; TCM treatment group, total efficiency of 85.37%, significantly higher than the 42.68%of the control group. Conclusion： TCM during the course of treating osteoporosis has a special effect.
