| 摘 要： | 笔者运用中药涂擦加理疗治疗COPD相关肺炎30例，治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上配合中药涂擦加理疗，对照组采用西医常规治疗。两组经治疗一个疗程（10天）后，治疗组治愈18例，好转11例，未愈1例，总有效率96．67％；对照组治愈15例，好转9例，未愈6例，总有效率80％。两组治疗结果经统计学分析，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。即治疗组的疗效优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Treating 30 cases of COPD-associated pneumonia in TCM external application plus physiotherapy, treatment group using western medicine plus TCM external application plus physiotherapy, control group using westren conventional therapy. After one treatment, treatment group cured were 18 cases, effective were 11 cases, invaild were 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.67%; control group cured were 15 cases, effective were 9 cases, invaild 6 cases, the total effective rate was 80%. The statistical analysis, P〈0.05, has a significant difference. Treatment group is better than control group. |
