化痰祛瘀方治疗痰瘀阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床研究

目的：探讨自拟化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期患者的疗效和作用机理。方法：60名患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上联合应用自拟化痰祛瘀方治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者症候积分，白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞计数（N）、C反应蛋白（CRP）的水平。结果：治疗后两组改善差异显著（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组WBC、N、CRP水平均明显下降，且治疗组较对照组差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟化痰祛瘀方联合西医常规治疗疗效显著优于单纯西医常规治疗，能更好的控制感染，改善患者预后。

A clinical study on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbations with the Huatan Quyu recipe

Objective： To discuss the curative effect and mechanisms of the phlegm stagnation obstructing lung type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in the acute exacerbations with Huatan Quyu. Methods： 60 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Treatment group was treated by Huatan Quyu on the bases of regular western medicine, and control group was treated by regular Western medicine only. The total effective rate, WBC, N and CRP was observed before and after the treatment. Results： After treatment, the level of WBC, N and the level of CRP were increased in two groups, while in the treatment group it was better than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect on treating with Huatan Quyu plus regular Western medicine is more obviously, can control infection better than using regular western medicine only.
