消瘿化核汤治疗甲状腺腺瘤120例临床效果观察

目的：探讨自拟消瘿化核汤治疗甲状腺腺瘤的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的依据诊断标准诊断为甲状腺腺瘤的患者240例，随机分为观察组120例，对照组120例。观察组给予自拟消瘿化核汤治疗，对照组给予口服左旋甲状腺素治疗，疗程均为3个月，对比观察两组病例的一临床效果。结果：经过临床1个疗程的治疗，观察组中，显效95例，有效19例，无效6例，总有效率为95．0％；对照组中，显效84例，有效18例，无效18例，总有效率为85．0％。两组经统计学处理，治疗总有效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在甲状腺腺瘤患者的临床治疗中，给予患者自拟消瘿化核汤进行治疗具有疗效稳定、副作用小、费用低等特点，值得临床推广。

Effective observation on treating 120 cases of thyroid adenoma with Xiaoying Huahe decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating thyroid adenoma with Xiaoying Huahe decoction. Methods： To select 240 patients with thyroid adenoma in our hospital, randomly divided into t20 cases of observation group and 120 cases of control group. Observation group treated with Xiaoying Huahe decoction and control group with levothyroxine, treatment was 3 months, compared the clinical effects of two groups. Results： After a course of clinical treatment, observation group, markedly effective in 95 cases, effective in 19 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total effective rate was 95.0%; in the control group, 84 cases markedly, effective in 18 cases, ineffective in 18 cases, the total effective rate was 85.0%. There were obvious statistical analysis differences of the total effective rate in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of patients with thyroid adenoma, which treated with Xiaoying Huahe decoction get stability clinical effect, have few side effects, also very cheap, worthy to be popularized.
