中医诊断学“心脉痹阻证”教学内容梳理

心脉痹阻证是心病辨证中的一个重点内容,也是教学中学生提出问题最多的一个证型,参考多本教材发现,该证型的定义、症状、病因的阐释均不尽相同,因此,笔者将多本教材、教参与相关文献材料结合分析,从定义、病因病机、症状表现等方面分别对该证进行了梳理,并将临证注意事项也进行简要概述,希望以此对本证的教学工作有所裨益,使学生在理解上思路清晰,达到易学、易记、易用。

Objective： Xinmai Bizu type is a highlight of differentiation of heart disease, as well as a syndrome the student rasie most in teaching. Referencing number of the teaching materials found that the definition, symptoms, and causes of the syndrome types, are not the same interpretation, Therefore, I combined many the teaching materials, teaching reference materials with analysis of relevant literature to sort out the syndrome from definition, pathogenesis, symptoms and other aspects, and provide a brief overview of clinical differentiation consideration hoping to benefit teaching certificate, so that students have clear thinking in understanding, to easy to learn, easy to remember, easy to use.
