经单侧鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤

目的：介绍经单鼻孔蝶窦入路行垂体腺瘤的显微手术方法，常见并发症及处理方法。方法：手术显微镜下采用经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤32例。沿一侧鼻腔置牵开器至蝶窦前壁中下部，将鼻中隔完整推向对侧，根据解剖定位进入蝶窦，打开鞍底切除肿瘤。结果：本组手术经过顺利，无严重并发症。结论：经解剖定位单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤准确、并发症少、省时，是切除垂体腺瘤理想的手术入路。

The trans-single nostril and transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenomas

Objective: To introduce the microsurgical approach, methods and postoperative complications of the trans-single nostril and transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenomas. Method: All patients of pituitary adenomas were operated under microscope by the trans-single nostril and transsphenoidal approach. The speculum was put straightly upon to the anterior wall of the sphenoidal sinus, according to the marks of anatomy to locate and open the sinus and the sella. Result: All operations were successful, and there were not any serious complications. Conclusion: The trans-single nostril and transsphenoidal approach by locating of anatomy is a perfect approach to the remoral of pituitary adenomas.
