术前适应性训练对颈椎前路手术的影响

目的 探讨术前适应性训练在颈前路手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 将42例颈椎病行颈椎前路椎管减压结合植骨融合的患者随机分为训练组合对照组，各41例。对照组采用常规术前准备，未进行术前适应性训练，训练组由责任护士利用口头讲解动作示范进行充分训练。结果 与对照组比较观察组术后并发症发生率显著降低（P〈0．05）；遵医行为改善更为显著（P〈0．01）；住院患者满意度显著提高（p〈0．01）；术中术后SpO2监测值在两组间变化无显著性差异，但训练组较对照组患者在术后发生呼吸困难程度低。结论 术前适应性训练能提高患者手术适应性，改善患者遵医行为；降低手术并发症发生率，密切护患关系，提高患者满意度。
