摘    要:目的观察CK13基因对人鼻咽癌HNE1细胞株放疗敏感性的影响。方法将HNE1细胞株分为HNE1-CK13A、HNE1-CK13B、HNE1-pEGFP-N1、HNE1四组,经放疗后进行Western blotting及凋亡坏死率的检测。结果转染了CK13基因的HNE1细胞株在放疗后比对照组的凋亡坏死率多,且随着放射剂量的增大,凋亡率也随之提高。结论 CK13基因对人鼻咽癌HNE1细胞株的放疗起协同作用,为HNE1细胞株的放射增敏剂。

The effect of cytokeratin 13 gene combined with radiotherapy on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of radiosensitivity of CK13 gene on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE1 cell line.Methods The HNE1 cell line was divided into four groups, they were HNE1-CK13A, HNE1-CK13B, HNEI-pEGFP-Nland HNE1.To do Western blotting and test apoptosis necrosis rate after the cell line by radiation therapy.Results The apoptosis necrosis rate of HNE 1 cell line,which transfected of CK 13 gene after radiotherapy, was more than that of the control groups, and with the increase of radiation dose, the rate of apoptosis also increased. Conclusion The CK13 gene on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE1 cell line and radiotherapy play a synergistic effect. It is the radiation sensitizer of HNE1 cell line.
