| 摘 要： | 应用胶原预防盐酸引起大鼠的胃粘膜损伤，证明胶原对胃粘膜的保护作用，表现为胃粘膜损伤指数减少、胃粘膜细胞中ｃＡＭＰ减少和ｃＧＭＰ增加、ｃＧＭＰ／ｃＡＭＰ比值显著高于表皮细胞生长因子（ＥＧＦ）组和洛塞克组（Ｐ〈０．０１），说明胶原对胃粘膜的保护作用和促进胃粘膜细胞修复增殖作用比ＥＧＦ或洛塞克好。

| Abstract: | Using collagen to prevent gastric mucosal damage produced by hydrochloric acidshowed that collagen had the effect of protecting gastric mucosal. The gastric mucosaldamage index and the cyclic AMP of gastric mucosal cell decreased. The gastric mu-cosal blood flow and the cGMP/cAMP of gastric mucosal cell increased. The resultsuggests that the protective effect on gastric mucosal cell and the improving effect onrecovery of damaged gastric mucosal of collagen are better than those of EGF and Losec. |
