彩色多普勒感兴趣区定量技术评价原发性高血压患者早期肾脏末梢血流灌注

摘    要:目的 评价高血压患者早期肾脏末梢循环血流灌注状态,探讨彩色多普勒感兴趣区定量技术的临床诊断价值.方法 应用彩色多普勒感兴趣区定量技术对31例原发性高血压患者及30例正常人的右肾近包膜下皮质区进行分析,记录各项参数,包括血管指数(VI),血流指数(FI),血管血流指数(VFI)及三者的达峰时间,两组之间进行比较.结果 原发性高血压组VI,VFI均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),两者的达峰时间均较对照组延长(P<0.05);高血压组FI与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其达峰时间较对照组延长(P<0.05).结论 原发性高血压患者在实验室检查肾功能出现异常之前,肾脏末梢血流灌注即可发生改变,主要表现为末梢血管床减少,血流灌注量减低及血流灌注时间延长.彩色多普勒感兴趣区定量技术能够准确评价高血压早期肾脏末梢血流灌注.
