| 摘 要： | 流程再造是医院信息系统的建设目标之一，而门诊预交金诊疗卡的实施则是门诊流程再造的一个重要举措。在门诊推行预交金模式，可以有效减少门诊病人排队次数，缩短病人等待时间。探讨了门诊预交金模式的流程及实现方法。并从患者、财务、医务人员三个角度进行了相关讨论。

| Abstract: | The process rebuilding is one of construction goals for hospital information system, and to issue the medical card of outpatient prepayment is an important act for rebuilding. The push of prepayment mode in clinic can effectively reduce the queuing times and waiting time for outpatients. This paper discusses the process and realization method of outpatient prepayment mode, and also makes analysis in three aspects, namely, outpatient, finance, and medical staff. |
