民族医学院校学生对临床教学认识的研究

目的：调查民族医学院校临床实习阶段学生对临床教学的认识程度，了解临床教学工作中存在的不足之处，分析可能的原因并且探讨解决的途径。方法：采用发放调查问卷和座谈讨论征求意见相结合的方法收集相关资料，对获得的资料进行统计分析，得出结论。结果：临床教和学中都存在着诸多问题，学生对临床教学政策和教学改革信息了解不足，缺乏主动参与教学管理和教学改革的意识。结论：民族医学院校临床实习阶段学生对临床教学认识不足，应该积极引导学生主动参与教学管理和教学改革。

Study on the Understanding of Clinical Education among Medical College for Nationalities

Objective： The aim of this study is to investigate the understanding of clinical practice teaching among students in medical college for nationalities, find the shortcomings, analyze the causes and explore ways to solve these questions. Method： Interviews and questionnaires Were used to collect relevant data. The data were analyzed and got the conclusion. Result： A number of problems remain to be solved. Students are out of touch with the policy on the teaching and the nformation of teaching reform. They are also lack of a sense of teaching management and teaching reform. Conclusion： Students are out of touch with the policy on the teaching. The teacher should guide the students to actively participant in teaching management and teaching reform
