前循环动脉瘤夹闭术患者预后的相关因素分析

目的分析影响前循环动脉瘤夹闭术患者预后的相关因素,以期对该类疾病的临床治疗起一定的指导作用。方法回顾分析80例患者的手术年限、术前HUNT-HESS分级、手术时机及术中动脉瘤是否破裂对患者预后(GOS)的影响并进行统计学分析。结果手术年限与患者预后显著相关(P<0.05),术前HUNT-HESS分级、术中动脉瘤是否破裂与患者预后极显著相关(P<0.01),手术时机与患者预后无关(P>0.05)。结论术前患者的HUNT-HESS分级、术中动脉瘤是否破裂与患者预后有关,手术时机与患者预后无关。

Analysis of the relative influencing factors on prognosis of clipping intracranial aneurysms in anterior circulation

Objective To study the relative influencing factors on prognosis of clipping intracranial aneurysms in anterior circulation.Methods Retrospectively analysed the influencing factors of 80 cases of anterior circulation aneurysms after clipping:such as the year of operation HUNT-HESS grading before operation,the timing of operation,ruptured or not in the operation to study their relationship with patients’ Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS) and analysed statistically.Results The statistically results showed that the year of operation had difference with GOS(P<0.05),the HUNT-HESS grading before operation and the aneurysm ruptured or not in the operation had significant differences with GOS(P<0.01),but the timing of operation had no statistically differenc with GOS(P>0.05).Conclusion The HUNT-HESS grading scale before the operation,ruptured or not in the operation of the aneurysm,the standard of the operative surgeon have direct relationships with patients’ prognosis,but the timing of the operation has no direct relationship with patients’ prognosis.
