扬州市荷花池社区老年人心脑血管疾病流行病学调查

目的了解扬州市荷花池社区55岁以上人群心脑血管疾病及其相关疾病患病情况,为社区卫生服务中心开展慢性病防控提供流行病学资料。方法对该社区55岁以上397人进行问卷调查,并对自愿接受体检者进行血压、血脂、血糖、心电图及颈动脉B超筛查,对体检结果进行心脑血管病危险度评分。结果 291人自愿接受了体检。慢性病发病率高低依次为高血压病(62.54%)、高脂血症(52.23%)、肥胖(15.46%)、糖尿病(9.97%)、脑血管病(4.12%);51.77%受检者存在颈动脉粥样斑块,其中14.12%受检者存在颈动脉狭窄,85人颈动脉B超提示,47.76%人系心血管病高危人群。结论高血压病、高脂血症、心血管病等疾病是影响该社区55岁以上人群的主要慢性疾病,需进行积极防控。

Epidemical survey of cardiacerebrovascular disease in old people of hehua community of Yangzhou city

Objective To provide community health service center with epidemiology data to carry out chronic diseases prevention and control measurements through acquiring the information about people over 55 years old with cardiacerebrovascular disease and its correlated diseases in HeHua community of Yangzhou city.Methods 397 people over 55 years old were surveyed by questionnaires.And we measured the volunteers’ blood pressure,tested serum lipids and glucose,performed electrocardiogram and screened carotid artery by Btype ultrasound,then graded risk scores of cardiacerebrovascular disease according to the medical results.Results 291 people were voluntarily done physical examinations and performances.Morbidity of chronic diseases in order were hypertension(62.54%),hyperlipidemia(52.23%),obesity(15.46%),diabetes mellitus(9.97%),cerebrovascular diseases(4.12%).51.77% of tested people had carotid artery plague and 14.12% had carotid stenosis while 47.76% had high risks getting cardiacerebrovascular diseases.Conclusion Hypertension,hyperlipidemia and cardiac vascular diseases are major chronic diseases affecting the people over 55 years old in this community.Therefore,we should take actions actively to prevent and control the diseases.
