| 摘 要： | 目的研究精神分裂症患者与血清胆固醇(CHO)水平的关系。方法本研究收集我院住院的精神分裂症病人50名抽取患者空腹静脉血样,测定血清胆固醇水平。结果研究组较对照组CHO水平显著低,研究组有自杀行为者平均胆固醇水平比对照组明显低。结论对于精神分裂症患者的特征,CHO水平有可能成为生物学指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cholesterol(CHO) levels and sucidal behavior in pa-tients with schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were consisted of two groups: those with sucidal behavior(n =50) and those without sucidal behavior (n =50, control group).All patients were rated on PANSS and serum CHO levelswere tested.Results Serum CHO levels of research group were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusions Se-rum CHO levels may be one of biological indices of sucidal behavior in the first onset schizophrenics. |
