不同中医证型急性白血病患者血浆内皮素含量比较及临床疗效观察

目的:研究不同中医证型急性白血病(AL)患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量变化,并观察不同中医证型AL患者的临床疗效。方法:106例AL初治患者按中医证侯诊断标准分为:热毒炽盛型(47例)、痰热瘀结型(25例)、气阴两虚型(22例)、气血两虚型(12例)4型,检测并比较各型患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量,并观察化疗后4型完全缓解(CR)率。结果:(1)热毒炽盛型、痰热瘀结型ET含量明显高于气血两虚型、气阴两虚型(P<0.05),其趋势为热毒炽盛型或痰热瘀结型>气血两虚型或气阴两虚型。(2)化疗后CR率气血两虚型、气阴两虚型明显高于热毒炽盛型、痰热瘀结型(P<0.05),气血两虚型明显高于气阴两虚型(P<0.05),其趋势为气血两虚型(91.66%)>气阴两虚型(81.82%)>热毒炽盛型(42.55%)或痰热瘀结型(48.00%)。结论:血浆ET可作为中医证候诊断及中西医结合的疗效判定和估计预后的客观化参考依据之一。

Comparing the level of serum ET and observing the therapeutic effect in different types of TCM in patients with acute leukemia

Objective: To study the level varity of serum ET and observe the therapeutic effect in different types of TCM in patients with acute leukemia. Methods: The 106 patients with acute leukemia will operate different types of TCM according to the standard of the diagnosing types of TCM: "Prevalence of toxic heat in the interior", "retention of heat phlegm-blood", " deficiency of qi and blood" and "deficiency of qi and yin". To measure and to compare the level varity of serum ET and observe the therapeutic effect in different types of TCM in patients with acute leukemia. Results: 1 The plasma ET of "Prevalence of toxic heat in the interior" and "retention of heat phlegm-blood" were significiently higher than that of " deficiency of qi and blood" and "deficiency of qi and yin" P0.05. 2 Acute leukemia CR rate in "deficiency of qi and yin" and in " deficiency of qi and blood" were significiently higher than that of "Prevalence of toxic heat in the interior" and "retention of heat phlegm-blood" P0.05. CR rate in "deficiency of qi and blood" was significiently higher than that in "deficiency of qi and yin" P0.05. Conclusion: The plasma ET can serve as an objective parameter to valuate the therapeutic effect of combining TCM with west medicine.
