聚合酶链反应检测鼻咽非上皮性肿瘤EB病毒

为探讨鼻咽腔非上皮性肿瘤与ＥＢ病毒（ＥＢＶ）之间的关系，应用ＰＣＲ检测鼻咽和头颈部非上皮性肿瘤５８例，并配合免疫级表型分析，结果显示（１）ＥＢＶ与鼻咽及头颈部的横纹肌肉瘤（ＲＭＳ），纤维肉瘤，幼年性纤维血管瘤，嗅神经母细胞瘤，恶性黑色素瘤无明显关系，（２）ＥＢＶ与鼻咽腔中线恶网（ＭＭＲ），鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）存在密切关系，很可能在其发病中起重要作用，（３）ＥＢＶ在ＭＭＲ（Ｔ淋巴瘤）听检出率明显高于身体

DETECTION OF EPSTEIN BARR VIRUS DNA OF NASOPHARYNGEAL NON EPITHELIAL CELL TUMOR BY POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION

Fifty eight cases of non epithalial cell tumors in the nasopharyngeal and cephalo cervical regions were studied to observe the correlation between EBV and non epithelial tumor. PCR combined with immunohistochemistry was used to study Epstein Barr virus DNA. The results suggest that:(1)There is no distinct relationship between EBV and RMS, fibrosarcoma, juvenile fibroangioma, olfactory neuroblastoma, malignant melanoma of the nasopharyngeal and cephalo cervical regions. (2)EBV infection is closely related to the development of MMR and NPC in nasopharynx and probably play an important role in the pathogensis of the two kinds of tumor. (3)The positive rate of EBV DNA in nasopharyngeal MMR is higher than that of peripheral T cell lymphoma and B cell lymphoma sampled from other sites of the body. (4) EBV infection may be related to the anatomical site of nasopharynx and the histological types of tumor.
