摘    要:目的建立喘得安颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。选择C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(23:77:0.3)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.249—7.470μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.50%,RSD=0.86%。结论定量方法准确、可靠、稳定,可用于制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Aim To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in chuandean granules.Methods Ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.Methanol-water-phosphoric acid(23:77:0.3) solution was used as the mobile phase,the column was C18,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Results For ephedrine hydrochloride,the linear range was from 0.249 to 7.470 μg,and the average recovery was 97.50% with RSD of 0.86%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,stable and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
