| 摘 要： | 本文结合第三军医大学近几年住院医师规范化培训工作实践,深入分析当前军队住院医师规范化培训中存在的突出矛盾和问题,并从完善质量标准、加强基地建设、强化军事素质、培训学位衔接等方面对深化军队住院医师规范化培训进行探讨,以进一步提高培训质量,促进军队医院的建设发展。

| Abstract: | Combining with the practice of recent years in the Third Military Medical University,the article deeply analyzed the present contradictions and problems in standardized training of residents in military hospitals and probe them in all around ways in perfecting the standards,underlining the construction of the training basis,strengthening the military quality and connecting the training with the application for academic certificates,so as to further improve the training quality and promote the construction of military hospitals. |
