| 摘 要： | 目的通过设计管理系统,实现三级运维保障机制。方法依托医院局域网,设计并实施运维保障管理系统,对三级运维保障流程进行优化。结果确保三级运维保障机制的有效运行。结论减少了问题的遗漏,改善了服务态度,提高了维护工作的效率和质量。

| Abstract: | Objectives To design a management system for achieving three-level maintenance service mechanism.Methods Based on the hospital local network,the management system of maintenance service was designed and implemented,which optimized the process of three-level maintenance service.Results It ensures the effective function of three-level maintenance service mechanism.Conclusions It reduced the missing of problem,improved service attitude,enhanced the efficiency and quality of maintenance work. |
