海南岛药用植物研究的可行性建议

海南岛有植物资源与海洋生物资源的优势,应积极努力开展药用动植物的研究,我省已有药物筛选的工作基础,这方面的研究条件基本具备。重点筛选海南特有植物,该项研究可纳入尖蜂岭生态研究计划,在我省植物或海洋生物中筛选出“海南粗榧”三尖杉脂碱后,再找到有医药价值的药物的可能性是很大的,应努力挖掘,组织起来做好这项工作。

THE FEASIBLE SUGGESTION OF STUDING MEDICINAL PLANTS IN HAINAN ISLAND

There is a superiority of plant and marine biotic resources in Hainan Island. The study for medicinal plants and animals should be actively developed. The base for screening drugs and studing conditions have been built in our province. Mainly screening Hainan peculiar medicinal plants may be included in the plan of ecological study in Jian Feng Moutain. The harringtonine has been succe ssively extracted from cephalotaxus Hainanensis. The drug has obviously treating effects on leukemia It has much more successive possibility subsequently to get the drugs which have medical value from plants and marine biotics in Hainan Island. We must research into hard and organize a team to do this work well.
