| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠间质瘤的病理组织学和免疫组化学特点及诊断要点。方法对24例胃肠间质瘤进行常规病理及免疫组化CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100染色特点分析。结果24例胃肠间质瘤由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞组成,其中21例CD117和18例CD34标记阳性,阳性表达率分别为87.5%和75%。结论胃肠间质瘤是胃肠常见的间叶性肿瘤,缺乏定向分化。CD117和CD34标记阳性对胃肠间质瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathologic and immunohistochemical features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods 24 cases of GIST were studied by routine and immunohistochemistry staining including CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100. Results The GIST consist of two kind of cell types,the spindle and epithelia cells.Among them 21 cases were CD117 positively stained;18 cases were CD34 positively stained.The positive rates were 87.5% and 75% respectively.Conclusion GIST shows no evidence for specific differentiation and the expression of CD117 and CD34 play an important role in the diagnosis of GIST. |
